The living area, furnished with 2 new sofas, has British satellite TV, video, DVD and CD players. The kitchen is fully equipped - including a washer/dryer & dishwasher!  The three bedrooms consist of a twin-room with ensuite shower downstairs, a double/family, a single and separate bathroom upstairs - all with views of the countryside. On the south side of the gite is a walled patio with sun loungers, table, chairs and BBQ - perfect for relaxing meals. The gite, close to Brécey but secluded, is in an orchard setting of 1-2 acres of secure grounds off a quiet country lane.  There is ample parking space. As the property is fenced it is safe for children to play. There are lovely walks in nearby beech woods.
