Location of Holiday Accommodation

The property is located in a quiet area of Xylophagou near to Ayia Napa, Larnaca, Cyprus. This is a typical Cypriot village and one of the “Red Soil” potato producing villages and provides all your everyday needs and services. The apartment benefits from having close access to the coastal motorway, Xylophagou is only about 5-10 minutes from one of the main tourist resorts called Ayia Napa. The apartment is only around 20-30 minutes from Larnaca International Airport.

Shops, supermarkets, bars, bakery, restaurant, traditional local taverns and 5 minutes drive from the nearest beach and Water World which is great for the family holiday.

My holiday accommodation in Cyprus 

Our holiday accommodation has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The rental property benefits from having a full kitchen with hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also an ironing board, iron, toaster and kettle.

In the living room we have a sofa bed, TV and DVD player for your enjoyment.

There is a balcony set off from the lounge with table and chairs.

We can provide a weekly clean and changing the beds. This is an extra to the base rental price. (contact owener for details)

The development has a communal swimming pool.

Accessibility

Our holiday accommodation is suitable for the elderly and walking disabilities as we have a lift taking you to the 2nd floor where our apartment is.

Close by

You will find that once settled into the accommodation you can have a short stroll and find some local bars or restaurants.

Coast/Beach

Our apartment to let in Cyprus is close to the beach as there is a small beach very close by with many others a short journey away.

Travelling Around

There is also a local bus close to the apartments that takes you to the city of Larnaca. Here you will find many recognised branded shops and restaurants.

Things to Do

Maybe take a trip to nearby Ayia Napa as this is a very busy resort. Here you can find many facilities and a harbour.
On the beaches of Ayia Napa you can find scuba diving, paragliding, jet skis and lots of other water activities.  Also, there are water sports on other beaches nearby.

Deposit of £50 to secure booking. Balance plus refundable security deposit of £150 payable 8 weeks before holiday.
