This is a new apartment in a secure complex, making it safe for children.  It is situated in the new town of Albufeira close to restaurants, bars and shops, with 2 beautiful beaches within easy walking distance. The old town can be easily reached by local bus situated at the entrance of the complex, or on the pretty little tourist train which travels around the resort.

The apartment has a sunny balcony with table and chairs overlooking the swimming pools and the open countryside which is a conservation area. This is an ideal place to relax at any time of day.

This is a 2 bedroomed 1st floor apartment serviced by a lift with air conditioning throughout.  The double bedroom jas an ensuite bathroom and there is an extra toilet and shower room adjoining the twin bedroom.  In the sitting room there is a sofa bed which is ideal for children. There is also a dining area with seating for six people.  The modern kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave.  All utensils are provided, as are towels.

Sun loungers and parasols are provided around the pools which are situated in well tended landscaped gardens.  One of these pools is for children.  There is a play area at the entrance to the complex situated beside a bar and restaurant with another swimming pool.

There are numerous golf courses in the area which can be reached by car,or mini buses can be hired at the complex.  Albufeira is famous for it's watersports at the numerous beaches. Day trips can be arranged to water parks and there is dedicated buses to take you there.  These may be booked through the tourist office which is a short walk from the apartment. Trips can also be arranged to places of historical interest.

Albufeira is approx. 35 km from Faro airport which is serviced by all leading budget airlines, e.g. Easyjet, Ryanair, Aer Lingus and Flyglobespan.

We can arrange for our agent to pick you up from the airport and show you around the area.  They will point out places of interest and will provide you with valuable information and an emergency telephone number.  This is all at no extra cost.  Saving of 10% when staying for 2 weeks.

To make a booking, we require a 20% deposit.  The full payment is due 8 weeks before the date of travel.  If booking less than 8 weeks before travelling the full payment is required at time of booking.  Payment can be made by cheque, or credit card.  On arrival at the apartment our agent will request a security deposit of €150 which will be returned at the end of your stay subject to the apartment's condition.
