This large, luxuriously finished duplex Tavira Algarve holiday rental apartment has 120sqm floor space.  It is fully tiled, fully air-conditioned, and all windows are fitted with blackout curtains. There are two bedrooms (1 double en suite, 1 x twin), living room, dining room, kitchen plus a breakfast balcony with a view to the sea (directly off the living room). There is a private entrance opening directly onto the garden close to one of the pool areas.  Safe parking for your automobile is available close to the apartment.  The apartment is fully equipped for up to six guests; sofa-bed, camp-bed or cot can be provided as required for 5th and 6th guests (and are included in the Euro 45 per week extra charge for a fifth or sixth guest).  Apartment facilities include Satellite TV (BBC, ITV, etc), DVD, CD, Radio, WiFi Internet (free at Reception), paperback library. etc; lounge and each bedroom have individual airconditioning units.  While the apartment does not have a washing machine, there is an on-site self-service launderette available to guests.  Small pets may be accepted (on request, please enquire) subject to an additional cleaning fee of Euro 45,00 per week.

The apartment is in the family-friendly Tavira Garden complex and is ideal for those who wish to be convenient to the many attractions of Tavira Town and of the Algarve generally. The complex is ~1km (10-15 mins walk) from the old centre of Tavira and is within 5 to 25 minutes drive of seven first class golf courses. The 8 miles of magnificent white beaches of Tavira Island (Ilha da Tavira) are within easy reach. On site, there are two adult pools (one of 25m), each with adjacent kids pool.  Both pool areas are provided with sun-loungers, umbrellas, etc.  A Caribbean pool-side bar at the main pool adds spice to taking a suntan while the quieter second pool area is ideal for families with small children; there are also two well equipped kids play areas.  A fully equipped gym (and personal trainer), tennis, Bar/Restaurant, etc are available to all guests (usage charges may apply for tennis and gym).  A large, well stocked supermarket lies within ~300 yds. Car rental is available on site (with free airport drop off an option).  A car is not essential and taxis are readily available and relatively inexpensive (~Euro 4,00 within the urban area).

Tavira is surrounded by the Ria Formosa Nature Park which offers bird-watching, horse riding, hiking, etc. The old walled towns of the Guadiana Valley are half an hour away while express buses connect directly to Seville.  Tavira itself boasts Roman, Moorish and Crusader remains and has more than 30 old churches.  Still an active fishing port, Tavira is famous for the quality and good value of its restaurants.  Right through the summer, the Camara (town council) organises (in the amphitheatre-style main square) concerts, street theatre, folk music and dancing, etc; there are also exhibitions, fairs, carnivals, circus, even a film festival, etc.

While prices are quoted here in Sterling, we will gladly quote you fixed prices in Euro or US$ on request.  Payment can be by bank transfer or by PayPal.  Prices are shown for a party of four.  A fifth and sixth guest using sofa-bed, camp-bed or cot can be accommodated any time at an extra cost of GBP 40,00 per week.  Discounts apply as follows:
