This villa is in the small village of Vale De Parra about 4 miles to the west of the town of Albuferia, this means that the hustle and bustle of this holiday town is with easy reach for those late party nights or shopping trips, if that’s what your after, but far enough away to avoid the madness of the late night revellers.

Vale De Parra is a village that is centered on a small cross roads about a 1.5 miles back from the sea, the local area has a cocktail bar, restaurants, off license and shops all within walking distance.

The nearest beach is called Gale is claimed to the best in Portugal, there also horse riding, Jeep safaris, moped hire, boat trips from the marina, Zoo marine water park plus 2 others nearby, golf, jet ski hire, parascending etc are all available all within a 5 minute drive of the villa.

Although car hire is not essential I would recommended it for getting the best out of your holiday.

But I you want to walk everywhere I can arrange airport transfers to the villa and if you just want a car for a few days I can get one delivered to the villa for you.

This beautiful villa was completely refurbished 4 years ago, it had about  £60,000 spent on it during this time and as a result everything is in an “as new” condition.

The villa is in a good sized walled garden with a very nice 10 X 5 metre pool surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and with a BBQ ready for those long lazy evenings, that is unless your off to try the many local restaurants. 

 The Villa Seeodoro is set out over two floors

The ground floor has a good size living room with patio doors out to the pool and BBQ area, there is a wooden bar as well as a TV which receives UK TV channels (Free view) DVD and Stereo etc with plenty of chairs this room is also air conditioned. The dining room does not get used much due to the most people electing to eat outside, but its there if you need it.

The kitchen has a light and airy feel and has all the standard kitchen fittings Inc dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, most guests only seem to make tea and toast during there stay and then go out for all other meals.

The bedrooms downstairs are set out as a double bedroom which is on-suite, twin bedded room with on-suite and a triple bedded room + on-suite and a bedroom with a bunk bed in it with a family bathroom close by.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, one is a double room with a bed that is of a Portuguese size, the other upstairs bedroom has a full sized double bed.

The villa will comfortably sleep 11 people and will also sleep a 3 small children in bunk room and the TV room on a sofa bed but it's not suitable for adults, the maximum number of adults to stay is 11
