Location Of Accommodation

The apartment has Panoramic Sea Views and a Mountain View and is located in the beautiful area of Playa Del Cura in Gran Canaria overlooking the resort and beach.
The sun shines all day on the balcony. The views from the apartment are breathtaking.
The apartment is perfectly located on a hill which provides you with the most breathtaking views.
When you're going into town or the nearby beaches you can walk down to the bus stop at the bottom of the hill and take the bus to many places. The bus service is great value for money. It costs around €1.10 to Puerto Rico.
Get a taxi back to avoid walking up the hill as it is a little steep.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobe.

Fridge/freezer, kettle, sandwich toaster, juice maker, hob/oven, microwave and toaster.

Living Rooms:
32 inch Flat screen TV, DVD, mini Hi-Fi, selection of CDs and over 40 DVDs for your viewing, double sofa bed.

Other:
Large balcony with canopy and sea view. Sun loungers, table and chairs.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Linen and towels are provided. Weekly linen and towel change for bookings of more than 1 week.

Balcony:
Patio has 2 sun loungers, table and 4 chairs.

Accessibility

Not suitable for wheelchairs and might not be suitable for the elderly.

Outside/Complex

The complex has 4 swimming pools, tennis court, squash court.
Pool bar has just reopened in March.
Lovely restaurant called the Bistro where the food is fantastic and very reasonable.
Ben's Karaoke bar just down the hill 3 mins away by foot.
A decent sized supermarket (Spar) close by.

Coast/Beach

The apartment is close to the beach as Playa Del Cura beach is just down the road.
Local bus to Amadores man-made beach (1.10 euros), which has lovely white sand. Amadores takes about 5 mins to get to.
Puerto Rico has a nice beach and you can take the bus to Anfi Beach where it has lots of nice shops and restaurants and a beautiful beach and nicely laid out gardens.

Golf

An 18 hole par 3 golf course with Driving Range is just 5 mins away by car in Anfi Tauro.
It's a beautiful course and not to expensive.

Water Sports

Puerto Rico less than 10 mins away by Taxi or local bus.
You can find scuba diving, paragliding, jet skis and lots of other water activities here.

Travelling Around

Las Palmas is about 40 mins drive by motorway. A really lovely city, well worth a visit.
Puerto de Mogan, a fishing village, is about 20 mins drive. Be careful if driving.
Good roads but very narrow and the scenery is amazing.
Be sure to bring your camera.

Things To Do

Within a 15 minutes drive you will find a whole host of activities to entertain you.
Various beaches, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, golf, scuba diving, and many shopping areas.

Distances in Gran Canaria, Spain

Puerto Rico is about 10 mins drive.
Mogan is about 20 mins drive.
Las Palmas is around 40 minutes drive where you can shop till you drop.
All of the above can be accessed by local bus.

Deposit of 30% to secure booking. Balance plus refundable security deposit of £150 payable 8 weeks before holiday.
