I and my wife Sue have been renting the villa in Vale De Parra near Albuferia in the Central Algarve Portugal for 5 years, each year have less and less weeks available to let to new clients, due to fact that we have a high rebooking rate, this year its 45%, so  the May to September weeks had 8 weeks rebooked with past guests.

So I would say the quality of the villa and the holidays people have in it are proved by this very high rebooking rate.
